To ensure the safety of our guests, Mossbrae Hotel will be using Social Distancing as a guide for our operations. The changes to our services are the following:

Self Check In will be offered to all guests arriving in the upcoming weeks. If you are wanting to pay cash, please give us a call and we can meet you at the front desk. Self Check In directions are in the confirmation email sent to you, or you can always call the front desk at 530-629-4000.

As a valued guest, we want to let you know that the health and safety of our guests and employees is a top priority. Mossbrae Hotel is monitoring the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19), including updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO), and we continue to follow the advice of public health entities and medical professionals.

To mitigate the transmission of COVID-19 and other illnesses, Mossbrae Hotel implements industry standards related to cleanliness and sanitation.

To the extent you have upcoming travel plans, we are offering a special flexible cancellation option. This options include the ability to cancel without charge up to 24 hours prior to the check-in time on your arrival date before April 30th. Our best wishes to you for good health and safe travels.
