Immediately after booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your reservation, including your check-in and check-out dates, room type, and important hotel information.

• 24 Hours Before Check-In: You will receive an email and/or text message with your check-in instructions. This will include your unique access code, directions to the hotel, and any other details to help you settle in smoothly. Our text messages will only be used for current guest communications and never for advertising or promotional purposes.

• Self-Check-In: Mossbrae Hotel offers a self-check-in process, allowing you to arrive at your convenience. Simply follow the instructions provided, enter your unique access code, and enjoy your stay.

•  Breakfast Nosh: Enjoy our self-service breakfast nosh of oatmeal with all the fixings in our lobby every morning at your leisure.

• Guest Assistance: While we do not have a traditional front desk, our team is available to assist you via phone, text, should you need anything during your stay.

• Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• No need to visit a front desk—simply gather your belongings and ensure the door is securely closed behind you.
• If you need a late check-out, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
